This Traditional and simple slat style wood Twin Loft Bed offers a built-in desk and open space perfect for storage or a play area. The overall dimensions are 80.17" H x 41.33" W x 69.4" D, with the attached desk measuring 41"wide x 19 ¾" deep and the desk surface being 28 ¾" tall. The ladder is located on the left side facing. The distance from the floor to the bottom of the slats is 54 ¾".

The top bunk is designed to use an 8" mattress, and when using an 8" mattress, the top of the loft will sit approximately 63.5" high. The Recommended Weight Limit is 350lbs including mattress. The item will ship in one box, and the touch of a dry, clean cloth is the only care your furniture will ever need.
